Musee Sir George-Etienne Cartier

This attraction consists of two 1837 buildings; each a former residence of Sir Georges-Etienne Cartier. Cartier, a 19th-century political leader, who helped shape many of Canada's institutions. The west house has been restored to its Victorian style and illustrates period upper-middle class lifestyle. The east house presents changing exhibitions, and uses modern techniques to explain Cartier's achievements.
