Indiana's natural history, geological origins and cultural development are interpreted through collections of artifacts, fossils and artwork as well as interactive displays. Of note are recreated Wabash and Erie Canal lock, a hands on science lab, a working seismograph and exhibits about pioneer life, Native Americans and prominent Hoosiers.
