Downtown Hotels - Online Reservations

RoomRate.com is a step-by-step reservation system – you can quickly and easily book your room. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Find Your Hotel - Enter the dates in the fields or select the calendar icon and click the arrival and start dates. They will be automatically entered into the appropriate date fields.

a.) Enter the number of adults that are traveling.
b.) Enter the number of children that are traveling.
b.) Enter the number of rooms you'd like to reserve.
d.) You can now click on "Search Hotels" to start your hotel search.
Or
e.) Add some additional search criteria by clicking on the "Chains" and/or "Address" tab.

Step 2: Search Results - You now have the results of your search. Review all the hotels returned from the search by using the “Next” and “Previous” button. When you have find a hotel you’re interested in, click on “More Info” to get further information regarding the property. Clicking “Show All Rates” will show a list of the room types and their rates. Once you have selected the room and rate that is right for you, click “Select” to get additional information about the room.

a.) "Map Hotels" button will map about 15 hotels from the search results
b.) "Map" link will direct you to a page showing the exact location of your hotel with the ability to broaden your search by Points of Interest (ie. attractions, entertainment, transportation, and service).

Step 3: Terms and Conditions or Cancellation Policy – Take a moment to review the hotel’s terms and conditions or cancellation policy. When ready, select the checkbox for “I have read and understand the hotel’s terms and conditions or cancellation policy” then click the “Book” button. If you’d like to select another hotel, you can click “Cancel” at any time during this process.

Step 4: Enter Your Information - If you are an existing customer you can login at this point (if you haven’t already) or just enter your email address and your password and click “Login”. If you are a new customer, enter your personal information and select a password for your account.

Then enter how you’d like to pay and your billing information. If your billing address is different from your personal address, select the checkbox that says “My credit card address is different” and enter the correct billing address for your credit card. Enter your payment type and card information, then select “Reserve Room”.

Step 5: Congratulations, your room is reserved! Review the information for your room and print out this page for your reference. Additionally, an email will arrive shortly to the email address you entered with your confirmation information.
