From its location in the old Texas School Book Depository overlooking Dealey Plaza, visitors to The Sixth Floor Museum encounter a chilling recreation of the window area where Lee Harvey Oswald supposedly fired his fatal shots as well as exhibits chronicling the assassination and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. The 7th floor gallery is designed for a variety of multimedia exhibitions. Additional exhibits are in the Visitor Center.
