The renovated 1930's planetarium building has a collection of sundials, early scientific instruments, rare books, photographs, early maps, charts and star atlases as well as an introductory gallery where the role of light, gravity, motion and energy is explained through interactive exhibits that display an image of the sun. The Sky Show Theater presents the night sky, with views of stars, planets and constellations as well as astronomy shows.
