Universal Studios Hollywood™ bills itself as the "world's largest movie studio and theme park." Studio Tour visitors can go through real-life movie sets and see how legendary films were made. Recent movie set examples include Steven Spielberg's set for "War of the Worlds," as well as sets for "Jurassic Park®: The Lost World", "the snow-covered town of Whoville from "Dr. Seuss' The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" and the Psycho house and Bates motel from the classic thriller, "Psycho."

Additionally as part of the 45 minute Studio Tour, guests take a trip through Universal's 415-acres of movie making magic. The special effects attractions such as "Earthquake," "King Kong," "Flash Flood" and "Jaws" are visitor favorites as you make your way thru the sets and themed streets and soundstages of thousands of past movie sets.
